About The Founders
Joshua Lister
Founder & Chartered Structural Engineer
Joshua is a Chartered Engineer with 15+ years of engineering experience across heavy industry, structural verification, certification and advanced analysis, based in Perth, Western Australia.
He has held senior engineering roles across major industrial sectors, including mining, renewables, structural composites, product design and certification. Joshua currently serves as Principal Engineer – Product Design & Certification, where he leads complex engineering verification and certification initiatives for mission‑critical equipment and structures.
Joshua’s background includes work in high‑load environments such as structural composites for wind turbine components, industrial prototype development, electrolysis and green iron technologies and product lifecycle certification for regulated industries. His expertise spans structural assessment, load path analysis, compliance documentation, and finite element validation, all applied with rigorous engineering discipline and professional accountability.
Complementing his technical depth, Joshua holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, has been chartered in the areas of aerospace and mechanical engineering since 2018 and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
Dylan Postans
Founder & Mechanical Engineer
Dylan is a Mechanical Engineer with experience across heavy industry, structural design support, certification and advanced product development, based in Perth, Western Australia.
He has worked on engineering projects spanning mining, manufacturing, electrification, industrial electrochemical systems and emerging decarbonisation technologies, contributing to the design and verification of complex equipment and structures.
His background includes work on hydrogen and battery-electric mining equipment, high-power charging infrastructure and prototype development programs for heavy industrial applications. This experience has required practical engineering across structural layout, load-bearing components, packaging constraints and design for manufacture in demanding operating environments.
Dylan’s expertise includes structural assessment support, detailed mechanical design, CAD development, finite element analysis and preparation of engineering documentation. He applies a practical, methodical approach to delivering compliant, buildable solutions, with a focus on clear communication and efficient outcomes for clients.
